Spatial Portal of the Municipality of Maribor brings together data and online services for the Municipality of Maribor, which include data from official records of various national spatial data providers (e.g., Surveying and Mapping Authority, Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, etc.) and data from the municipality and related public utilities.

Although the Municipality of Maribor works with the utmost care collecting information, its accuracy and timeliness, our criminal and civil liability for factual and legal errors in the data is completely excluded. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damage or inconvenience to the user in case of any incorrect or inaccurate information that may be found on the Portal.

Documents published on our website do not necessarily cover or accurately reproduce the official text of an individual document. Our criminal and civil liability for errors in the text is completely excluded and we are not responsible for any direct or indirect damage or inconvenience that may occur to the user.

We recommend that all important or even irreversible decision based on data published on the Portal is checked with the competent authority or in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia.

The Municipality of Maribor provides data and services as they are and excludes any responsibility regarding the quality of data and services:

• The Municipality is not responsible for the content, errors or deficiency of data and services.

• The Municipality is not liable for any damage that may be caused directly or indirectly to the user due to the use and / or incorrect interpretation of data and information available on the Portal or downloaded by the user from its websites / applications.

• The Municipality does not ensure uninterrupted availability of data and services.
